Scotts of Langholm reserve the right to refuse, decline or rescind orders for the following reasons:

- the credit card payment cannot be processed
- the product purchased is unavailable at time of purchase (customers are welcome to check availability before purchasing)

How to Purchase

To make a purchase is very easy, simply click on the item(s) you wish to purchase then on the "Buy It Now" button, this will add the item to your shopping cart. Once you have found everything you want just click on the checkout button and follow payment instructions, we accept the majority of credit/debit cards.

Postage & Packaging

All UK orders are FREE! postage and packaging

Europe - £8.99 under 2kg
Rest of the World - £11.99 under 2kg

If the weight goes over 2kg for international orders there will be a £8 extra postage & packaging charge.

The majority of orders will be despatched within 1-3 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock your order will be despatched within 3-10 days. We will contact you if an item is out of stock for longer than 10 days.

Returns

An item may be returned with 7 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange. For exchanged items we charge postage and packaging for the new item to be sent out at the rates listed below:

UK - £4.99
Europe - £8.99 under 2kg
Rest of the World - £11.99 under 2 kg

The quality of all of the products we stock is of the highest grade however if for any reason there is a fault with the product and you have to return it then none of above charges will apply. We will also refund you the postage charge for returning the item to us.
